Lighting design by Modus allows for scene setting capability. This is achieved by having multiple lighting circuits in a room, with each circuit performing a function such as covering a work surface, dining table, highlighting art or reading lights.

The Lutron HomeWorks processor controls lighting and can dim each of these circuits simultaneously. The user interfaces are discrete keypads with multiple buttons that set scenes rather than turn ON or OFF each circuit. As an example, a button labelled Dining can have the lights over the Dining table at a level of 80%, the Kitchen lights at say 10%, art highlighted at say 70% and reading lights off. Any combination is possible.

Integrated Alarm and Access Control. Front entrance rings all phones and allow front door to be opened from any phone.
