Auckland Council Albert Street L26 meeting room
Project Location
Albert Street, Auckland, New Zealand
The Auckland Council commissioned Liquid Automation to modernise and enhance the audio-visual infrastructure in the L26 Meeting Room, enabling Public and Private Virtual Conference (VC) Presentations.
The project involves a comprehensive upgrade to integrate Crestron Microsoft Teams room platforms and a robust audio solution. This solution provides seamless user control via Crestron 10” touch screens, equipped with Microsoft Teams control interfaces and personalised controls and graphics reflecting the Council’s branding and colours.
All aspects of system control, video, and audio switching, including digital signal processing (DSP) for sound management, are covered, ensuring a dependable, traceable, and scalable solution for this high-profile space, which is frequently utilised. Presentations can be effortlessly shared via wired or wireless HDMI inputs from various locations through Crestron AirMedia modules, facilitating smooth and efficient sharing of visual and audio content locally or internationally during Teams meetings.
Furthermore, Liquid Automation’s Custom caddy has been integrated into multiple locations, enabling face-to-face communication by housing broadcast-quality PTZ cameras that track the current speaker. This tracking is facilitated by Wireless Bosch microphones on the table, which accurately position each speaker, enabling the cameras to follow accordingly. Additionally, wireless handheld microphones and hearing loop options are available for speech reinforcement within the Chambers spaces.
