The Auckland Council commissioned Liquid Automation to modernize and enhance the audio-visual infrastructure in various Council Local Chambers and Private Meeting Rooms throughout Auckland.

The project involves a comprehensive upgrade to integrate Crestron Microsoft Teams room platforms and fortified audio solutions. This solution offers seamless user control via a Crestron 10” touch screen, equipped with Microsoft Teams control interfaces and personalized controls and graphics reflecting the Council’s branding and colors.

All aspects of system control, video, and audio switching, including digital signal processing (DSP) for sound management, are covered, ensuring a dependable, trackable, and scalable solution for these high-profile spaces, which are in constant use. Presentations can be effortlessly shared via wired or wireless HDMI inputs through Crestron AirMedia modules, facilitating smooth and efficient sharing of visual and audio content locally or internationally during Teams meetings.

In addition, Liquid Automation's Custom caddy has been integrated into multiple locations, allowing for face-to-face communication by housing broadcast-quality PTZ cameras that track the current speaker. This tracking can be facilitated by either Wireless Bosch microphones on the table or Shure in-Ceiling microphones that accurately position each speaker, enabling the cameras to follow accordingly. Furthermore, wireless handheld microphones and hearing loop options are available for speech reinforcement within the Chambers spaces.

We've integrated a highly potent feature: a custom-built analytics interface. This interface delivers a wealth of information to the council and allows for real-time monitoring of devices and room technology usage. At the end of each month, a graphic of each location’s statistics is sent to management to monitor.
