Window Makers
Project Information:
Liquid Automation provided integrated controls for lighting, security and a boardroom entertainment suite.
Control
Crestron colour LCD touch panels, E-Key Biometrics and Lutron interfaces.
Lighting
Lutron controls throughout the entire building, including the factory floor.
Integrated with an alarm system and Crestron LCD keypads.
Security
DSC Maxsis Biometric E-Key System
This system enables users to arm and disarm the alarm and unlock doors using their fingerprints throughout the building.
Management can specify the access times and allow/disallow access to certain individuals. Additionally, a web interface provides a record of all entries and their respective times.
Upon system activation, the security system alerts users if any windows or doors are left open and displays their locations.
CCTV
Bosch cameras strategically positioned throughout the building record video footage directly to a DVR. This DVR can be conveniently accessed from any PC, whether it is located within the building or externally, provided that the necessary security clearance is obtained. This enables the building owners to effectively monitor the premises during their absence.
AUDIO/VISUAL
Show Room
PA projector equipped with a motorised screen, audio/video input via Crestron touch screens, and the capability to display a CCTV camera directly on the touch screens.
Factory Floor & Offices
A 100V line audio system is distributed throughout the building, comprising multiple zones that can route various inputs to each zone.
A global paging system is implemented for the entire building. The paging input automatically silences the volume from external inputs while the page is active.
Features
Keyless Entry and Security Features
The building is equipped with multiple keyless entry points that can be controlled using finger-swipe biometrics to release doors and arm/disarm the security system.
Global Shutdown Procedure
In the event of a global shutdown, the global shutdown button can be activated to close all truck bay roller doors, high bay windows, and turn off the air conditioning and air compressor. Additionally, all entertainment systems and lighting can be deactivated. The power to the corridor lighting will be delayed to allow occupants to safely exit the building.
Time-Controlled Start-Up
The air conditioning and air compressor will be automatically activated before the start of work hours.
Comprehensive Logging
A detailed recorded history of all building entries and alarm disarmments will be maintained using E-Key biometrics.
