The audio visual system in this home has 8 zones, with 7 other zones throughout the property cabled for the future possibility of adding speakers and TV’s. The nuvo music server allows access internet radio & spotify online streaming music services, controlled via an app.

The Media Room (Living Room) features 5 discrete TruAudio in-ceiling speakers and a TruAudio subwoofer. This is a great area to get the family or friends together and watch a movie.

Security & Access Control

This home has a good quality security system, with control of the garage door, pedestrian gate and front door main front door and garage side door. The alarm can be set and unset depending on the time of day. The security system incorporates both intrusion detection and smoke/heat detection.

Lighting Control

Lighting Control is via Lutron, providing all the main living areas and outdoor areas with lighting control. The lighting control system provides a ‘Welcome Home’ setting, which turns on the following: Exterior Front, Garage Fluro’s, Stairwell, Entry, Hallway, Living, Kitchen, with the first 3 turning off after 5 minutes.

The lighting system also includes a setting for the scullery, which will turn off that light if the area is unoccupied.

There are multiple lighting keypads around the house, with each button specifying different ‘scenes’ in that area to control.

Network

A full data network was installed including Ruckus Wireless Access Points. As all the systems rely on network connectivity, a robust wired and wireless network was necessary in this property.
