Features
Smart Street Lighting
The gate lighting is activated by an astronomical clock and illuminates from sunset to 10:00 PM.
The gate signage lighting is activated by an astronomical clock and illuminates from sunset to sunrise.
The lights will only turn on when a vehicle passes down each road for a predetermined duration. This measure will reduce community power consumption and minimise light pollution for neighbouring residences.
Pumping Station Monitoring
The integration of our Liquid Cloud Solution offers a user-friendly platform for updating price per volume amounts and visualising both real-time and historical graphs. This functionality enables automatic billing and report transmission to administrators or direct delivery to homeowners, thereby reducing ongoing operational expenses.
Potable Water Supply
Each residence has its water usage recorded and reported on an individual basis for billing purposes.
Smart LCD Video Intercom
Additional property gates were equipped with the following functionalities:
The intercom features a dynamic LCD touch screen, enabling homeowners and visitors to ring Lot names or input access codes.
An optional mobile application notifies users when their gate intercom is selected. This allows for communication with guests and granting access from any location worldwide, making it a valuable feature for courier deliveries.
Lot access codes and names can be remotely managed by Liquid, facilitating instantaneous updates.
CCTV Security
A total of twelve cameras were installed. Camera footage can be monitored in real time via a remote monitoring station or accessed through the homeowner’s touch panel.
These cameras provide the following additional features:
Plate recognition at entrance gates (connected to the New Zealand Police database)
Video recording backup for a month
